Terms & fees

In all cases, fees will be bespoke and tailored to each project.

We try to fix the fee, work programme & timescale in advance.  That way everybody knows where they are and unwanted surprises are avoided.

​

Being just Duncan doing the work, there are few overheads.

 

We try to keep costs manageable and within client expectations.  VAT is not charged.

​

We're based near Bath but we can and do cover anywhere.  Previous work has taken us to Falkirk in the north and as far south as Gibraltar - most other sites are a bit closer to home.

​

The turnaround from being instructed to completion is usually around 2-3 weeks for a medium-sized project but of course can vary. 

 

Assessment reports are issued as email attachments.  Invoices are issued upon completion with 14-day payment terms.

 

DKN Acoustics has full professional indemnity insurance up to £1 million.

 

Full terms are provided with each fee proposal.
